These reports are in compliance with state and federal crime awareness and campus security legislation, including the Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Crime Statistics Act and the Higher Education Opportunity Act (HEOA).

The report includes statistics for the previous three calendar years concerning reported crimes that occurred on campus, in certain off-campus buildings or property owned or controlled by St. Catherine University, and on public property within or immediately adjacent to and accessible from the campus.
